Orders:

• Find your style among our wide range of collections. Use filters to narrow down your search according to size, color, and category.
• Once you’ve found your desired product, select your size and quantity. Then click the “Add to Cart” button.
• When you’re ready to purchase, click the “Checkout” button.
• If you’re a returning customer, you can log in for a faster process. New customers will be prompted to create an account or check out as a guest.
• Provide your shipping address where you’d like your order delivered.
• Select from our secure payment options, including cash on delivery or debit/credit card.
• Double-check your order and shipping details. Click “Place Order” to complete your purchase.
• You’ll receive an email confirmation with your order details and another email once your order has shipped.

Tracking your order:

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number. Use this number on our courier’s website to track the delivery status of your package.

Refund & Returns:

We have a ‘No Refund’ policy. However, refunds may be allowed in exceptional cases

Exchange:

• Unworn/unwashed products can be exchanged within 14 days of purchase/delivered with their original receipt & tag.

Exceptional Cases:

• If you encounter an unfortunate experience, such as receiving a product that does not match your order in terms of size, color, or item, we kindly ask that you contact us within 24 hours of delivery through email/Facebook/Instagram.
• Following a thorough investigation of your case, you have the flexibility to submit your return by either bringing the item to your nearest store or sending the parcel back to our head office.
• Upon receipt of the returned product at our head office, we commit to processing your refund within a timeframe of 5-7 business days.
• In case of paid order is canceled due to unavailable inventory, we can offer an e-store coupon or the amount can also be refunded into your bank account which may take up to 5-7 business days.

Shipping & Handlings:

• Our standard delivery time is 5 to 7 business days.
• We use Call Courier to deliver parcels to your doorstep.
• Little delays are expected during sale days or any other national holidays.

Order Cancellation Requests

Cancellation Timeframe:

You can cancel your order only before it is processed for shipping. Once your order has been fulfilled, we cannot accept cancellation requests.

Important Note:

There is no cancellation policy for paid orders. Once payment is made, the order cannot be canceled under any condition.

How to Cancel:

To cancel an unpaid order before processing, please contact our customer support team at customercare@wewearpk.com or call us at 042 111 347 425. Make sure to include your order number and a short message requesting cancellation.

Orders That Cannot Be Canceled

If your order has already been shipped or if the payment has been made, cancellation is not possible. However, after receiving your item, you can still request a return or exchange. For details, please refer to our Return & Exchange Policy.
