No, you can Order as a Guest without creating an Account.

What is your standard delivery time?

Our standard delivery time is 5 to 7 business days.

What courier services do you use?

We use Call Courier to deliver parcels at your doorstep.

What are the delivery charges?

We offer free shipping nationwide.

How can I exchange my product?

You can exchange your product within 15 days of purchase with original invoice or transaction SMS. Product must be unused and unaltered with original tags and packaging.

What should I do if I receive defective/wrong product?

If you notice any damage or if the seal is broken, please refrain from accepting the order. In case, you receive a product that is not in perfect condition, we are here to help you. Contact our customer care team within 24 hours at 042-111-347-425, available from 9:30 AM to 5:30 PM (Mon-Fri). Alternatively, you can reach out to us via email at customercare@wewearpk.com.

What should I do If my order is incomplete?

If you notice an item missing from your order, please wait for 1-2 business days as we ship items in separate parcels. If you face delay more than 2 days, don't hesitate to get in touch with our Customer Care team for support via social media, email or call.

Can I cancel my order?

You can cancel your order before verification call. Once your order has been verified, it will be processed and dispatched soon.

Can wewear cancel my order?

Yes, we can cancel your order anytime in case of unavailable inventory. For paid orders, we will issue coupon to use the credit later on.

Can I make changes to my order?

Unfortunately, it is not possible to make changes to an Order once the Order has been placed. However, if your Order has not been processed, you can call or message us on Facebook / Instagram so we can assist in this regard.

How will I know if wewear.com.pk has received my Order?

A confirmation email will be sent to you with your order summary.

How can I know my perfect fit?

You can refer to size chart available on each product page.

Does the color displayed on the website match the actual product?

We strive to ensure that the colors shown on our website accurately represent the products you'll receive. However, please keep in mind that variations in display settings and individual screen may slightly alter the appearance of colors.

What payment options does wewear accept?

We accept cash on delivery, credit card and debit card.

Does wewear deliver outside Pakistan?

We offer delivery in Pakistan only.

Is wewear available on social media?

Yes, we are available on Facebook, Instagram, Youtube and Tiktok.

What happens if a paid order is canceled by company?

If the order is canceled due to any reason from the company’s end we can offer an e-store coupon or the amount can also be refunded into your bank account and may take up to 5-7 business days.

Can I cancel my paid order?

If a paid order is canceled prior to delivery for any reason on the customer’s request we offer the amount to be issued in the form of an e-store coupon which can be used online within 60 days.

What if I don’t receive confirmation email?

You’ve to wait for the confirmation call from a wewear customer care representative. In case there is no confirmation call either, reach out to us at 042-111-347-425 or email us at customercare@wewearpk.com

Is it safe to use my credit/debit card to make payments?

All payment information on our website is processed on a fully encrypted and secure platform and kept confidential with only authorized personnel having access to your information.

What should I do if my payment fails?

In case of a payment failure, make sure that the payment information you have provided is accurate. If your account has been debited after a payment failure, contact to your bank. In case of further assistance in this regard, you can email us on customercare@wewearpk.com or give us a call at 042-111-347-425.

Can I open my parcel before payment (COD orders)?

At the time of delivery, we don’t allow to open the parcel. In case, you have any issue with size/color/quality of the product, it can be exchanged subject to the availability.
Sale items cannot be exchanged.

Do I need to send advance payment for my order other than debit/credit option?

You do not need to send advance payment for your order. If your order amount exceeds Rs. 100,000/- they our customer support team will contact you from official number 042-32500604 and will share company’s account details for online transfer. Further, we would advise you to not send amount to any other account to avoid fraudulent activity.
